Dr. Ariadna Sánchez Hernández

Ariadna Sánchez Hernández is currently a lecturer of Applied Linguistics at Leuphana University of Lüneburg (Germany). She holds a Ph.D in Applied Linguistics from Universitat Jaume I, a MA in Education with a specialisation in Curriculum and Instruction from Shawnee State University (USA), and a BA in English studies from Jaume I University. She has taught Spanish courses at Shawnee State University and Ohio University for several years, as well as Applied Linguistic classes at Jaume I University. Ariadna’s research interests include: second language pragmatic development, intercultural competence, the study abroad context, and psychological and sociocultural adaptation by study abroad learners.
