Important Information
WEATHER
During the conference it is supposed to be fine and sunny. The temperatures should be between 20ºc and 28ºc.
CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will be held in the Postgraduate Centre, you can find more details here. The registration desk will be open over the three days of the conference. Two computer rooms will be available at the conference venue and wifi will also be provided.
PRESENTATIONS
Power point presentations will be assigned 30 minutes slots: 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for questions.
BEST STUDENT PAPER PRIZE - DEADLINE EXTENSION
Students wishing to compete for the student paper prize should submit their written contribution by 10th September 2012 to L3conferenceCS@gmail.com (with the information "Best Student Paper Prize" in the subject line). Contributions should not exceed 10-12 pages single-spaced, Font: Times New Roman 12pt. taking into account APA style.
GALA DINNER
The gala dinner is included in the price, however we would like to know how many people will be attending and whether guests would prefer fish (bream) or meat (Iberian style pork tenderloin). Please let us know as soon as possible (7th Friday at the latest) for organizational purposes.
