Otilia Martí

Otilia Martí is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pedagogy at Universitat Jaume I, where she trains English language teachers both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interests include teacher cognition, content and language integrated learning, classroom discourse and acquisitional pragmatics from a multilingual perspective. She has published articles in refereed/indexed journals such as the Bellaterra Journal of Teaching & Learning Language & Literature, International Journal of Multilingualism, and Caplletra. She has also edited books and authored chapters by well-known international publishing houses (e.g. Peter Lang, Brill). Her most recent co-edited publication with Laura Portolés is a special issue on “CLIL and Multilingualism” appearing in English Language Teaching (2019).
